This service is designed for businesses running Drupal or Laravel websites who understand that their site is a business asset, not a set-and-forget expense. Whether your site was built by iT-werX or inherited from another developer, Care·werX provides the same comprehensive coverage. Projects built by iT-werX benefit from a 20% loyalty discount and no onboarding fee, because we already know the work. Care·werX supports Drupal, Laravel, and other non-proprietary web platforms. As a note, any product NOT produced by iT-werX will go through an on-boarding process at an additional fee before it can be excepted.

iT-werX offers secure and reliable hosting exclusively through a maintenance contract. Our hosting includes everything you need—email services, database management, security protections, full DNS support, and ongoing core updates. To maintain security, only iT-werX staff can access your hosting environment. If external support is needed, access may be granted after a thorough vetting process.
If you choose to cancel your maintenance contract, you’ll have seven days to transfer your files before removal.
